How to create an organization
To create your own organization, click the plus button on your home dashboard, fill out the required information, add knowledge to the default assistant, and edit organization settings by clicking the building icon above the invite button if you are an admin.
AI Studios
AI Studios allows users to create custom flows for their assistant's responses in chat. To get started, access the AI Studios from account settings, create flows beginning with a trigger based on chat context or a specific message, and set up responses and validation checkers for user interactions.
How to setup your AI assistant
To set up your AI assistant, access account settings, edit the personal assistant, and add data to its knowledge base using various formats like PDFs and DOCX. After uploading knowledge, you can generate screening questions and create workflows in AI studios to manage responses.
Leaving or deleting an organization
To leave or delete an organization, go to account settings, select the Organization Options dropdown, set another organization as default if necessary, and then select the option to leave the organization to be removed from it.
